1. Open-Box Delivery

To ensure you receive your product in perfect condition, all our deliveries are “Open-Box Deliveries.” This means:

  • The sealed product box will be opened in your presence at the time of delivery by our delivery agent.
  • You are required to inspect the physical condition of the smartphone for any damages (e.g., scratches, cracks, dents) and verify that the delivered product is the correct model, color, and specifications as per your order.

This process ensures that you only receive a product that is physically perfect and matches your order.

2. No Return & No Refund Policy

Once you have inspected the product and made the payment to the delivery agent, the sale is considered final.

Due to our open-box delivery model where the customer inspects the product before acceptance:

  • We do not accept any returns.
  • We do not offer any refunds.

Please be sure to thoroughly check the device during the delivery. If you find any physical damage or a mismatch in the product, you must refuse the delivery and not make any payment. Our delivery agent will take the product back at no cost to you.

3. Warranty & Technical Issues

All smartphones sold on AnshCart.com are brand new, sealed, and come with the official manufacturer’s warranty.

For any functional or technical issues, manufacturing defects, or problems that arise after you have accepted the delivery, you are covered by the brand’s warranty policy.

How to Claim Warranty:

You have two options to claim the warranty for your product:

  1. Directly Visit the Brand’s Service Center: This is the fastest and most effective way. You can visit the nearest authorized service center of the mobile brand (e.g., Samsung, Vivo, Oppo, etc.) with your original invoice (provided at the time of delivery) to get service.
  2. Contact Us for Assistance: If you need help locating a service center or have questions about the warranty process, you can contact our customer support team. We will guide you on how to proceed with the warranty claim with the respective brand.

Please note that AnshCart.com does not provide repairs or replacements directly. The warranty is fulfilled solely by the product’s manufacturer as per their terms and conditions.
